Pallbearers were grandsons, Robert Sims, Charles Feagins, Abie Davis, Tom Amsberry and David Davis.
Mrs. Davis was born in Mahaska Co. the daughter of John and Margaret Allen Mckenzie.
She lived all her life in Mahaska and Marion Counties.
She was a charter member of the Marysville Quilting Club which was organized in 1929.
She was preceded in death by her husband on June 9, 1955; one son Cedric; two grandchildren; three brothers and four sisters.
She is survived by one son Leo Davis of rural Hamilton, three daughters Mrs. Eulice Sims of Chariton, Mrs. Virgie Bailey of Attica and Mrs. Iva Amsberry, 16 grandchildren,
52 greatgrandchildren and 16 great great grandchildren.
