Loretta Keeler
(December 28, 1920 - April 14, 2012)

Mass of Christian Burial for Loretta Keeler is scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 18th at St. Mary's Catholic Church, with Father Victor Cruz, officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery. Grandsons, Thomas Case, Gary Hughes, Scott Keeler, Matthew Keeler, Dillon Case, Douglas Case, Nicholas Hughes and Kyle Keeler will serve as pallbearers. A Rosary will be held at Meador-Clement-Keel Funeral Home Tuesday evening at 7 p.m. followed by family visitation.

Mrs. Keeler, 91, passed away Saturday, April 14, 2012 at Pecan Tree Health and Rehab Center. Loretta was born December 28, 1920, the daughter of Charles and Mary Crowdus in Union Town, Kentucky. She married Leroy Joseph Keeler November 27, 1945 in Lexington, Kentucky. Loretta was a homemaker and loved watching sports. She was an avid fan of Norte Dame University. She enjoyed playing cards and enjoyed her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Survivors of Loretta Keeler include her daughter and son-in-law, June and Jim Hughes of Gainesville; son and daughter-in-law, Kenneth and Cathy Keeler of Gainesville; grandchildren, Gary Hughes and wife, Monica of Denton, Brenda Case and husband, Thomas of Lindsay, Scott Keeler and wife, Joanne of Krum and Matthew Keeler and wife, Karis of Krum; great-grandchildren, Adrian Lozano of Denton, Dillon Case of Lindsay, Douglas Case of Lindsay, Karlye Case of Lindsay, Rachel Hughes of Denton, Nicholas Hughes of Denton and Kyle Keeler of Krum. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Leroy Joseph Keeler and brothers; Lonnie Crowdus, Briscoe Crowdus and Vincent Crowdus.
