Paul B. Marshall
HANOVER - Paul B. "Bud" Marshall, 77, of Hanover, died at 6:45 a.m. Wednesday at Hanover Hospital. He was the husband of Betty (Wagner) Marshall. The couple observed their 55th wedding anniversary March 15.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Grandview Road, Hanover. Burial will be in the church cemetery, with full military honors by Hanover Allied Veterans Council. Viewing will be 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Panebaker Funeral Home, 311 Broadway, Hanover, with a prayer service at 8:30 p.m. Celebrant will be the Rev. Joseph Gotwalt.
Mr. Marshall was born March 6, 1925, in Littlestown. He was the son of the late Henry and Vesta (Richrode) Marshall.
He was a quality assurance technician at Precision Components in York, retiring in 1988.
He was a member of McSherrystown Home Association, McSherrystown Moose and Hanover VFW Post 2506; attended Eichelberger High School; and was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, serving in the Pacific Theatre.
Mr. Marshall also is survived by a son, Robert P. Marshall of Baltimore; and nieces and nephews.
