ADA - Services for Fannora Bee McDaniel, 79, Maud, formerly of Ada, will be 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Calvary Pentecostal Holiness Church, the Revs. Frank Trent and Lorene Neal conducting rites. Burial will be at Rosedale Cemetery.
Mrs. McDaniel died Feb. 25, 1989, at a Shawnee Hospital. She was born Aug 30, 1910, in Clyde, Texas to William R. and Effie Alice Lane Lee. She moved to this area from Hazel in December 1936, attended Vamoosa grand school, was a homemaker and attended Calvary Pent Holiness Church, where she was a Sunday school teacher for many years.
On Dec. 19, 1936, she married Earnest McDaniel in Ada, He died Sep 8, 1966, in Ada.
Survivors include three sisters, Christie Hudson, Konawa, Mary Mitchell, Bakersfield, Calif., and Ethel Hamrick, Pryor, Okla.; and several nieces and nephews.
Bearers will be D.L. Spencer, Dewayne Spencer, Jerry Hudson, Bobby Akerman, Jr., Richard Hudson, Darin Akerman, Lanny Kirk, and Larry Burton.
Criswell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
