Mary was the daughter of John Couch and Mary Boone COUCH was born in 1772 in New River, Ashe Co., North Carolina and died in 1853 in Perry Co., Ky. She was the daughter of John Couch and Mary Boone. Mary was married to John CAMPBELL around 1789 in Wilkes Co., North Carolina. John CAMPBELL was born in 1763 in Ashe Co., NC. and died in 1867 in Perry Co., Ky. They were buried in the Campbell Cem./Tunnel Hill Cem. at Dunraven, Ky. John is thought to be the son of John Campbell of Scotland came to N.C. and had three sons; John, Wm. and Zachariah. Some researchers believe that John’s parents are Elizabeth James and John Patrick Campbell. I don’t know who is correct. Mary and John are the parents of:
