Owen Bible, 83, died in a Pershing County hospital. He was the uncle of U. S. Senator Alan Bible of Nevada.
Mr. Bible was a native of Lima, Ohio. He came to Pershing County in 1910, and first worked for a delivery service and later on local rances in the Lovelock area for many years. Senator Bible is believed to be the only surviving relative.
A graveside service will be held at the Big Meadow Cemetery in Lovelock, folled by interment.
