Richard H. Snyder, 88, of Mountville, passed away on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at home. He was the husband of Loretta E. Peffer Snyder. He was born in Lancaster, son of the late Lawrence and Ella Holtden Snyder. Dick was an assistant general foreman, having worked for Delmarva Millwork for over 57 years. He was a member of St. Mary;s Catholic Church and enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time hunting with his brother Bernard.

Surviving in addition to his wife, two daughters: Bonnie Snyder and Grace Snyder. Thirteen grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one grandson: Steven Lee Hanna, five brothers: Lawrence, Ray, Jim, Robert and Bernard.
