Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Chiles and Sons - Laman West Wayne Street Chapel for Mrs. Dove Hauck, 81, of the Allen County Home, who died 9 a.m. Wednesday following an extended illness. Rev. Virgil Applegate will officiate with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Born Nov. 1, 1888, in Adams County, Ind., she was the daughter of Lewis A. and Esther Mathewson Springer. She was married to Perry Buck in 1903, and he died in 1925. Mrs. Buck married Louis Hauck in 1947, and he died Dec. 3, 1968.
Mrs. Hauck was a member of the First Church of Nazarene.
Survivors include two brothers, Virgil of 329 W. Elm and Charles of Geneva, Ind.; two sisters, Mrs. Laura Alker of Decatur, Ind., and Mrs. Velma Smith of Athens, Ore.; one granddaughter; and two great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home.
