A native of Chicago, Bow appeared in such films as "The Doberman Gang", "Rocky," "The Sword and the Sorcerer", "Staying Alive" and "Pee-wee's Big Adventure".
Among his many television credits were "Cagney and Lacey", "The Odd Couple", "Happy Days", "Baretta", "Hill Street Blues", "The Joey Bishop Show", "The Steve Allen Show", "The Blue Knight", "Scruples", "Marciano" and "Angel on My Shoulder".
He is survived by his mother
