Wasta S. Huber, 76, of Gladwin, died suddenly of a heart attack at his home Monday morning. Services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. from the Hall Funeral Home. The Rev. John Cermak will officiate and burial will be in Highland Cemetery. Born in Grout Township on May 9, 1890. Mr. Huber was a retired farmer. He was married to the former Edna Spike on Feb. 20, 1913, in Gladwin.
Besides his wife, he is survived by one son, Austin of Flint; one daughter, Mrs. Adeline VanEver, Midland; one brother, M. J., Gladwin; one sister, Mrs. Grace Price of Chicago; nine grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Gladwin County Record dated 4-26/1967 Column - 6 Page - 1.
