She was born April 12, 1975, in Louisville, Ky., the daughter of Patricia L. Horine. She resided her early life in Kentucky, later living in Vevay and then in Madison. She attended Madison Consolidated High School and Ivy Tech. She enjoyed helping and caring for others. She received her certified nursing assistant license and worked as a CNA at The Waters of Clifty Falls and Green Valley Nursing Home. She was a former employee of Hylex in North Vernon and had been the manager at the Kentucky Fried Chicken Restaurant in Madison. She was raised in the Pentecostal faith and had recently attended the Mennonite Church. She was a member of the American Poets Society. She enjoyed being with her family, poetry, consignment shopping, University of Kentucky basketball, playing cornhole, cooking out, camping, raising roses and strawberries, and gardening. She also enjoyed watching "American Idol" and "The Big Bang Theory" with her husband and spending time with her boxer dog.
She is survived by her husband, Jason Howard Noel, whom she married April 8, 2004; one daughter, April Keller of Madison; two sons, Tyler Keller and Dillien Keller, both of Madison; one step daughter, Natashia Jackson of Henry County, Ky.; her mother, of North Vernon; four sisters, Cindy Amburgey of Austin, Tina DeBurger and Martha Michelle Harden, both of Madison, and Rebecca Richards of North Vernon; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents.
The funeral was at Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre. Burial was in Grandview Memorial Gardens.
