Conway, May 3 - Mrs. Polly Jewell McNair, aged 46, of Quitman, died at a hospital here Saturday. She spent her life in Faulkner county. Surviving are her husband, J. E. McNair; mother, Mrs. Ada Hargett of Quitman; two sons, Billy Joe and Sammie Lee McNair of Quitman; three brothers, Robert Hargett of Dyess, Van Hargett and LaVern Hargett of Quitman, and four sisters, Mrs. A. C. Brazier of Quitman, Mrs. Lester Perkins of St. Louis, Mrs. Paul Hughes of Little Rock and Mrs. Gerald Phillips of Greenbrier. Funeral services will be held by the Rev. Walter Maddox at the Mount Pleasant church at 4:30 p.m. Sunday.
