Mrs, Sarah Edwards, widow of the late Edward Edwards, died at Mr. Geo. W. Shaw's, her brother, in this city, Saturday, of consumption, aged 65 year. She had been a consistent .member of the Cumberland Presbyterian church for forty years and the funeral services were held by Rev. A. C. Biddle Sunday. By special request of Mrs. Edwards memorial .services will be held at Vaughn's Chapel some Sabbath In the Spring, when her funeral will preached. Deceased was an estimable lady and leaves behind many friends to mourn her death.
