Born on Nov. 23, 1799, to Cornelius & Elizabeth (Smith) Dabney. Married Ann Eliza Catlett and had numerous children, including Thomas Catlett Dabney. Ann died in 1828, and Albert then married Elizabeth Eggleston Scates in 1832. Albert died on Aug. 10, 1855.
