Sidney Vander Waal, age 82, of Springfield, MO, passed away April 9, 2012. Sidney was born March 7, 1930 in Pella, Iowa and graduated from Pella High School in 1947.
Sidney was preceded in death by parents, James and Christine Vander Waal; sister, Dorothy Rus and her husband Gerrit Rus; nephew, Rodney Rus.
Survivors include: children, Douglas Vander Waal and Linda, and Kathy Vander Waal; grandchildren, Kara Bieler, Justin Bivona, Crystal Callahan; brother, John and wife Ruth Vander Waal.
