Funeral rites for Clarence Shaffer, 50 years of age, of Irona, were held on the afternoon of Dec. 24 at the Shaffer home. Interment was i the Kingwood Cemetery. Mr. Shaffer died last Sunday morning, Dec. 22, from complications.
The deceased was well known in his section of the county, having lived there for a number of years.
Mr. Shaffer is survived by his widow, two daughters, Mrs. Kermit Church of Temple City, O., and Neva Shaffer at home, and one son, Denzil Shaffer, his father, the Rev. Samuel Shaffer of Grafton, and several brothers and sisters and other relatives.
