Little Falls - Charles H. Abeel, 79, died at the local hospital Aug. 1, 1936 after a long illness.
Several years ago Mr. Abeel was struck by an auto and never fully recovered.
He was born near Smith's Corners, Town of Stark, Sept. 16, 1856 son of the late James and Lucinda Abeel. His parents were farmers and when Mrs. Abeel was a boy his parents purchased the Stone house in the Town of Little Falls.
Charles retired from farming about 20 years ago, his brother Barney now conducts the farm.
Surviving are his brother and a niece Miss Fanny Abeel, Town of Little Falls.
