VAUGHN, Linda E. Carril 49, of Lithia, passed away peacefully in her home on April 8, 2012. She is survived by her husband, Michael; two daughters, Cristen Vaughan and Kimberly (John) Gordon; a son, Matthew Vaughan; her parents, Andy and Sally Carril; two sisters, Joann (Jeffrey) Karthheiser and Susan (Andrew) MaGann and a brother, Mark (Lisa) Carril. Linda was a strong woman of God, who loved the Lord with all of her heart. She was a faithful wife, loving mother and caring friend. Through the end of her battle with cancer, Linda let the light and the love of the Lord shine to everyone she knew. A blessing to many and an inspiration to all. Visitation and services were held Wednesday, April 11, 2012 at Sun City Center Funeral Home, 1851 Rickenbacker Dr., Sun City Center. Burial will follow at Ruskin Memorial Park, Ruskin. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to the American Cancer Society , 1462 Oakfield Dr., Brandon, FL 33511 or LifePath Hospice, 3725 Upper Creek Dr., Ruskin, FL 33573. Arrangements by Sun City Center Funeral Home, Sun City Center.
