Tony D. Goodwin, 36, of Thayer, died Friday (Aug. 9, 1991) in his home.
He was born Feb. 12, 1955, in Neodesha, to Jerry W. and Sharon (Harvey) Goodwin.
Mr. Goodwin was an insurance representative for Farm Land Insurance Co. and a member of the First United Methodist Church.
He had lived in Thayer since 1988, moving from Altoona.
Survivors include two sons, Jeffery of Pittsburg and Gary of Thayer; a daughter, Melody of Pittsburg; his parents of Plymouth, Minn.; maternal grandmother, Mrs. Estal Harvey of Neodesha; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Renfro of Joplin; and two brothers, David of Thayer and Bradley of Rockport, Texas.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in the First United Methodist Church, Neodesha, with burial in Neodesha Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. today in the Loran Fawcett Funeral Home, Neodesha. A memorial has been established with the American Diabetes Association.
