Suddenly at her home, Mrs. Charlotte Virginia Kemp, 45 E. Third Street, Frederick. She had been in ill health since November 1943. She was a member of the Presbyterian church. She was the last of her immediate family.
Funeral services will take place Monday morning (May 1) at the M.R. Etchison and Son funeral home. Interment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
