Funeral services for Sister M. Lambertine, CSA, 77, who retired last June as a teacher at St. Luke Parochial School, Two Rivers, for 42 years and who died at Nazareth Heights at Fond du Lac at 5:30 a.m. Wednesday, were at 6:30a.m. Friday at Nazareth Heights.
A teacher for 56 years and in the religious profession 59 years, the former Agnes Garber (sic...Gerber) was born in Ellis, Kans. Before coming to Two Rivers she taught in Illinois, New York, Pennsylvania and Kansas. She was honored upon completing 50 years as a teacher by the Home School Assn. of St. Luke Parish, Two Rivers, in 1957. having come to Two Rivers to teach in 1922. Last May upon her retirement she
was also honored by the parish association.
Sister M. Lambertine leaves a sister, Mrs. Lep Younger Sr., of Derby, Colo., and a brother, John Gerber, of Ellis, Kansas.
