Born August 29, 1925, in Hellam Twp., he was the son of the late Edith (Long) and Harry Minnich, Sr.
Ike retired as a crane operator from Donsco, Inc. following 33 years of employment. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of WWII. He was a member of Kreutz Creek Valley VFW Post 7045 of Hellam and a lifetime member of the Susquehanna Fish and Game Club.
In addition to his wife, Ike is survived by five daughters, Sharmaine B. Welsh of Wrightsville, Jane L. Shoff of Red Lion, Susan D. Graham of Wrightsville, Gail D. Kinard of Red Lion and Donna M. Arndt of Mt. Joy; three sons, Isaac L. Minnich, Jr. of York, Harold E. Minnich of York and Raymond V. Minnich of Wrightsville; 20 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Jeanette L. Warner.
Burial will be in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens with military rites by the York County Veterans Honor Guard.
