Mrs. Neely served in the United States Army and Civil Service for more than 20 years. Her employment took her throughout the United States, Europe, Mexico, Australia, Japan and South Korea. She later worked in the family business at Wikle Water Works and Ice in Marietta, OK, and is listed as a survivor in the Oklahoma City bombing. Mrs. Neely was a devoted member of the LDS Church and actively pursued missionary work up to the day of her death. She enjoyed her management job at Thorneberry Apartments in Pleasant Grove and especially loved the people there. Mrs. Neely was an amazing woman and will be missed deeply. Preceding her in death were her mother; and a step-sister, LeAnn Carroll.
