James Hart was married to Anna Mary Weigel, daughter of Daniel Weigel and his wife Agnes. I do not have her burial records yet. But she died 24 May 1836 in Lewisville, Henry, Indiana. *There are various spellings for Weigel. Such as Wigel, Wegle and Wigal.
Here is a copy of her mother's Will:
Last Will of Agnes Wigal 6 September 1820:
"In the name of God Amen! I Agnes Wigal widow and relict of Daniel Wigal deceased being of very low and weak in body, but sound Mind and Memory, thanks be to Almighty God for his Mercies...First I recommend my soul to God who gave it my body to the earth to be buried in a Christian manner...
Item 2. Is is my will and I do order that my Bed and Bedding and my Spinning and I do hereby give and bequeath to my Grand Daughter Agnes Hart at my decease to as follows that is to say. Item 3. I give and bequeath unto my beloved sons and daughter Susannah Bickerstaff or other grandchildren of James Hart's family or to such of them or any of them who shall be living at my decease to wit as follows that is to say, my son John shall have on share, my son Daniel shall have one share and my daughter Susannah Bickerstaff shall have one share and eight grand children shall have one share that is James Hart's children. And I do so order that my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon as convenient can be and the residue of all my Estate debts and Credits Goods and Chattels the family Bible excepted which I give to my son Daniel over and above his share, and ten dollars to Mary Fisher and to my daughter Barbara Smull ten dollars and to my daughter Elizabeth Keller ten dollars, and do order that the property be no sold, but a just valuation put on all the property for which I do ordain and appoint my trusty friend M. I witness whereof I have set my hand and seal this twenty fourth day of March in the year of our Lord on thousand eight hundred and twenty.
