Leona was the daughter of Robert Sauer and Anna Eschman. On 04 Oct 1925 she married George Elma Joute; they had no children. It is not known what happened to him. About 1927 she married Herman Schoen and they had two children: Kenton and Donald. Herman died in 1947 and at some later date she married Bushrod W. Taylor, Jr. Leona died at Baptist Hospital East at the age of 89.
