Services for Donna L. Carmichael, 37, of West Liberty, who died Monday after a lengthy illness, , will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the George L. Gay Funeral Home with the Rev. Ralph Farmer officiating.
Mrs. Carmichael was born Sept. 19, 1944, in Iowa City, a daughter of Donald and Elva Rakestraw Robbins. She worked at the Twin Gables Restaurant In West Liberty and was a member of
