Mark Hyatt Bamford, 49, a lifelong Brockton resident, passed away Friday, April 6, 2012 in Brockton. He was the husband of Noreen P. (Wright) Bamford. Born September 23, 1962 in Brockton, he was the son of Robert W. Bamford and Dianne J. (Bolster) Bamford of Brockton. Mark retired for the Army National Guard after serving over 20 years in the Yankee Division. He was a Sheet Metal Worker for the Boston Local #17. Mark was an avid fisherman and enjoyed camping. He loved his garden and especially his peach tree. He was a member of the Vega Social Club and the Local#17. He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Noreen P. (Wright) Bamford of Brockton; his children, Brendan H. Bamford, Alicia A. Bamford, Cassidy R. Bamford and Erin E. Bamford; his parents, Robert W. Bamford and Dianne J. (Bolster) Bamford of Brockton; his siblings, Paul W. Bamford and his wife Sandi of Brockton, Scott R. Bamford and his wife Robyn of Easton, Donald E. Bamford and his former wife Wendy of Brockton and Brian K. Bamford and his wife Rachel of Randolph; he is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews along with numerous cousins and close friends. Funeral services will be held in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rte. 123) Brockton on Wednesday at 11a.m. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Brockton. Calling hours Tuesday 4 - 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Marks name may be made to the Scholarship Fund for Cassidy and Erin Bamford, P.O. Box# 4290, Brockton, MA 02303.
