Julia Clariece Jackson Gray passed away on April 4, 2012 in Spring, Texas. She was born on September 5, 1929 in Houston, Texas to parents, Elmer Dow Jackson and Julia Haltom Jackson.

She is preceeded in death by her parents, Elmer Dow Jackson and Julia Haltom Jackson and husband, Johnny Raymond Gray.

She is survived by her children, Jim Stillwagon and wife, Susan, Pamela Stillwagon, Sherry Moore and husband, Jack, Jody Gray and wife, Marissa, and Julie Monk and husband, Michael; grandchildren, Kaila Stillwagon, Rebecca Stillwagon, Shawn Swinney and wife, Brandy, Lacy Swinney, Christopher Moore, Alexis Moore, Desa Prewitt and husband, Chris, Katie Dans and husband, Jonathan, Alicia Gray, Falynn Monk, Madison Monk, and Graysen Monk; great-grandchildren, Dillon Swinney, Emilee Swinney, Cade Trenton, Case Prewitt, and Bria Dans; sister-in-law, Betty Scarborough; nieces, Sandra Rogers and husband, Bert, Linda Lisenby, Donna Maclin, and Shana Scarborough; nephews, James Gray and wife, Judy, Gary Maclin, and Pete Scarborough, as well as numerous other family members and friends.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 7, 2012 from 2 o'clock in the afternoon until 5 o'clock at Cypress-Fairbanks Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 9, 2012 in Kirbyville, Texas at the Magnolia Springs United Methodist Church with the Rev. Larry Sowls officiating. She will be laid to rest beside her husband, Johnny Raymond Gray who preceeds her in death at the Magnolia Springs Community Cemetery in Kirbyville, Texas.
