Medina Co. Gazette Feb 14, 1956: Bedfast the past two months, Frank Kwas died Saturday morning at his home south of Lafayette in his 87th year.
A native of Germany, he had made his home in Lafayette for 25 years.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Francis Xavier church. Fr. William Randel officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
The deceased leaves a wife, Mary; two sons, Bernard and Sanford, both at home; one daughter, Mrs. Alice Knect of San Gabriel, Cal., and two sisters, Mrs. Victoria Greeves and Mrs. Martha Kabot, both of Cleveland.
