Minnie was a member of the Hartland Board of Education and Farm Women's Club. She was a very active member in 4-H for over 20 years, and was known by her friends as "M" Greene. Her brother John Swift survived her. She married Leonard F Greene on March 29,1893. They had 7 children together of whom only 3 reached adulthood.
