Charles R Alderman is the son of the late Ralph and Helen Liebt Alderman. On Jan. 8. 1940, he married Gloria Papas, who died Sept. 21, 1996. Mr. Alderman had been an aerospace mechanic for NASA. He was a Navy veteran of World War II.
Survivors include three sons, Charles Alderman Jr. William Alderman, and Timothy Alderman; two daughters, Gerri Ackerman and Judith Nietzel; a brother, Ralph Alderman; three sisters, Lillian Werner, Gladys Schippel and Dorothy Brewer; 17 grandchildren, Jennifer, Robert, Deborah, Steven, Gregory, Joseph and Emily Rose Alderman: and 10 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
