Funeral services for J.F. Day, who died in a Palestine hospital Sunday, were held in that city Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock, with the Rev. Joe H. Berry officiating.
Burial was in the New Addition Cemetery.
Surviving are one son, W.Z. Day, Palestine; two daughters, Mrs. A.T. Miller of Athens, and Mrs. Fitzhugh Price, Springfield; two sisters, Mrs. Lula Knox of Elkhart and Mrs. Cora Denson of Palestine; and three grandsons.
