Olivene Bailey Hoover, of Tullahoma, passed this life on Wednesday, April 4, 2012 at Life Care Center of Tullahoma, at the age of 78. Mrs. Hoover was born in Ft. Sumner, New Mexico to the late John Ed and Ola Bailey. She worked as an Elementary Educator for the KY-TN Conference and was a member the Seventh Day Adventist Church. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Dale Junious Hoover; one sister, Yvonne Morton; and one son-in-law, Kenneth Byron Eisele. Mrs. Hoover is survived one daughter, DeNita Eisele of Tullahoma; one son Ron Hoover also of Tullahoma; one brother, Ralph Bailey of Keene, TX; two sisters, Geraldine Phillips of Amarillo, TX, Jonnie Beitz of Ooltewah, TN and three grandchildren, Baylie, Brynna, and Bella. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 7, 2012 at 2:00pm in the Wilkinson and Wiseman Funeral Home Chapel in Portland, TN with burial to follow in Old Brush Cemetery also in Portland, TN For those who wish, donations can be made to Faith For Today, Judi Wright Planned Giving Representative 101 W.
