Heather A. Ramsey of Orange Park, Fla., died March 8, 1991, at Baptist Hospital, Jacksonville, Fla., as a result of injuries she sustained in an automobile accident in Orange Park. Born April 22, 1987 in Huntingdon, Pa.; she was a daughter of Ralph E. Ramsey Jr. and Cindy (Griffith) Ramsey Miller. Surviving are her father, of Saxton; mother, Cindy, and step-father, Dennis D. Miller, Orange Park, Fla.; paternal grandfather, Ralph E. Ramsey Sr., Saxton; maternal grandparents, Oscar and Sally Griffith, Hopewell; maternal great-grandmother, Verna Grace, Hopewell; and three brothers and a sister: Preston Miller and Tabitha Miller, both of Breezewood, and John Griffith and Brian Ramsey, both at home.
