Note - her spouse was Layton S Delauter from Washingtonville Mahoning Co Ohio. He died in 05 Jan 1971 in Columbiana Co Ohio and was listed as "married" at time of death. This is under study July 6, 2013.
In 1940 Layton and Matilda Frank Delauter were living in Woodworth (Beaver Twp)but Poland mailing address - Ohio with a child in house Jenette age 2 (b 1938)- their neighbors were Fred and Blanch Sprinkle.

This is where I am confused. I have John Joseph Frank's children:
Johan Johnny Frank md Harriett Cordelia Stanley in Ohio both died in Ohio
Mathilda Frank md 1st Walter Loeblein, 2nd Willis Armstrong, all 3 died in California
Joseph Frank md Florence Rosenbaum Ohio, both died in Ohio
Rose Frank md James Woods both died in Ohio
Stephen Richard Frank md Laura Wolfe, His OBIT also says Mitilda DeLaunder, were there 2 Matilda's
Joseph E. Frank md Raymond Longbottom, both died in Ohio.
I found the 1930 for Matilda E DeLautera and saw the death certificate, saying her mother is Werner.
My notes for Matilda Frank:
Per Grandson Walter Vita. Says she was a nurse. Worked at the local hospital in Yuba City for over 30 years.
- per brother Stephen Frank's obit her last name was DeLauder, did she marry a DeLauder??
-- Mathilda is NOT on the ship record with her mother and brother John. Is she really born in Germany. My brother was told she was born on ship, but not on the ship's last pages,. per her SSDI she was born March 15, 1911 "Other country. Her mother came over Oct 1911 with her son John. Her father came over July 1911.
--- MOVED TO Yuba City, Sutter Co. California after the 1940 census.
