Willmer Sandall Busenbark

Willmer Bernetta Sandall Lynch Busenbark, 93, passed away in Bountiful, Utah on Oct. 13, 2002.

Born May 24, 1909 in Clover, Utah, oldest daughter of Charles Alma Sandall and Annie Russell. Married Robert Patrick Lynch in Salt Lake City in 1942. He died in 1946. Married Thomas William Busenbark on June 10, 1947, in Las Vegas, Nevada. He died April 14, 1991.

Willmer graduated from West High School. She received a teaching certificate from the University of Utah. Later, she graduated from Columbia University with a B.S. degree in education. She taught school and served as librarian in the Salt Lake School District for over 30 years at the Columbus, Riverside, Bonneville, Franklin and Jefferson schools.

She is survived by her stepson Blaine T. Busenbark (Colleen), Bountiful; three grandchildren Gordon H. (Betty Scott), Vienna, Austria/ Irvine CA; Julie E. (Steven) Andersen, Bountiful; Blair T. (Karla Pohle), Redmond, WA; seven great grandchildren, Natalie and Rachel Andersen; Andrew and Megan Scott-Busenbark; Monroe, Michaela and Hamilton Busenbark.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husbands and sister Margaret (Diki) Engberg in 1985.

The family would like to thank Rocky Mountain Care in Bountiful for the good care they gave Willmer.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, November 7, 2002 at 11:00 a.m. in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 275 "U" Street. A viewing will be held at Larkin Mortuary, 260 E. South Temple, from 10:30-11:00 prior to the graveside services.
