Feb. 15, 1957 — March 26, 2012

Mona Grace (Brock) Cobb, 55, of Bedford, passed away Monday at Indiana University Health Hospice House in Bloomington.

She was born Feb. 15, 1957, in Bedford, to James Harold and Elsie Lorene (Kern) Brock. She married Bill Cobb on April 13, 1992, and he survives.

She attended Shawswick High School and was a member of the Bedford Boat Club.

Mona was a certified respiratory therapist and had worked at Dunn Hospital, Bedford Medical Center, Garden Villa and was currently working at IU Health Bloomington Hospital.

Mona was greatly loved and admired by her co-workers.

Surviving with her husband Bill of Bedford are her children Toby Lee Wade, Georgi Anne Wade, William D. Cobb and wife Jamie and Benjamin Cobb and wife Jess, all of Bedford; grandson, Jacob Liam Wade and 10 grandchildren; one sister, Myra England and husband Denver of Bedford; one brother, Kenneth G. Brock of Bedford; a sister-in-law, Nancy Brock; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and one brother, Jimmie Drew Brock.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. on Friday at Cresthaven Funeral Home. Entombment will follow in Cresthaven Memory Gardens.
