Frank Andre, 96 Dies Tuesday
---Frank Andre, 96, of 119 North Madison Street, one of Marshall's oldest residents, died in Leila hospital at 11 p. m. yesterday after being admitted to the hospital Monday.
---Mr. Andrew was born July 9, 1856 in North Hampton county, Pennsylvania and moved with his parents to Michigan in 1862. He lived in Marengo township for two years and later in Eckford township until 1919 when he moved to Marshall.
---His parents were Thomas and Henrietta Bender Andrew. In 1883 he married Harriette Powell of Findley, Ohio, who died December 19, 1899. He was united in marriage with Jennie Hamilton, December 19, 1900.
---Surviving are, his wife, Jennie; one daughter, Mrs. Robert Tingay of Marshall; two step-daughters, Mrs. Alva ruff of Lansing and Mrs. Nellie Miller of Marshall; seven grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
---Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p. m., from the Court funeral home, the Rev. A. E. Carnell of Calvary Baptist church officiating. Interment will follow in West Eckford cemetery.
---Friends may call at the Court funeral home.
