He was the son of Warner and Caroline Churchill Miller.

District Engineer in Agriculture Department
Son of Senator
Guy H. Miller, 59, U. S. district engineer in the Bureau of Public Works, Department of Agriculture, died suddenly yesterday at his home, 133 Woodlawn Avenue.
Mr. Miller, son of the late Warner Miller, former United States senator was a native of Herkimer. He had lived in Albany 15 years, and once held the post of division engineer, State Highway department at Watertown.
He was a graduate of Union College, class of 1994, member of the
Psi Upsilon fraternity at Union, and of the Blue Lodge oi Masons at Herkimer.
He is survived by his wife, the former Marguerite Lansing, three sons, Warner, Fred L. and John D. Miller, all of Albany a brother, Max and a sister, Mrs. Augusta M. Hildreth, both of Herkimer.
Burial will be at Herkimer. The Albany Knickerbocker Press, Monday, December 28, 1931
