Jennifer L. McCafferty Case, age 36, of Brunswick, passed away on April 4, 2012 after battling cancer.
She was born on January 20, 1976 to Robert and Carol (nee Kwitkowski) McCafferty in Garfield Heights, Ohio.
Jennifer is survived by her beloved husband; cherished sons; loving parents; brother; sisters; and nieces and nephews. She was a wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, niece, friend, and community volunteer.
Jennifer will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Family and friends may call on Monday, April 9, 2012 from 5-8pm and Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8pm at Waite and Son Funeral Home (3300 Center Road, Brunswick 44212).
Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday at St. Ambrose Catholic Church (929 Pearl Road, Brunswick 44212) at 9:30am.
Interment will take place at Resurrection Cemetery in (6303 Center Road, Valley City 44280) with lunch to follow at Hilkert Hall located at St. Ambrose Church.
Contributions may be made in her memory to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (PO Box 4072, Pittsfield, MA 01202).
