In 1942, at age 51, when he registered for the World War II draft, he was listed at 180 lbs, 6'0", gray hair and gray eyes. Peter's parents were both born in England.

On Monday, April 13, 1953, in Mercy Hospital, in his 62nd year, Peter Pascoe, husband of Evylen Boynes Pascoe, and father of Charles of Cleveland, Ohio; John of McDonald; Dale, with the U.S.A.F. in Korea; Mrs. Robert Lepleuy, Washington, Pa, and Mrs. James Young, McDonald, Pa; tow brothers, John of Winterhaven, Fla., and Richard McDonald; four grandchildren also survive. Friends received at the Pettit Funeral Home, 220 East Lincoln Ave., McDonald, Pa., where services will be held Thursday, April 16, at 2 p.m. Interment Montour Cemetery.
