Movie Director. He was blacklisted during McCarthy Era, and he decided to exile to England, where developed almost his career. He is remembered for films such as: "The Boy with Green Hair" (1948), "Blind Date" (1959), "The Damned" (1962), "The Servant" (1963), "Modesty Blaise" (1966), "Galileo" (1975) and "The Romantic Englishwoman" (1975).
