Funeral services for John Robert Hunter, prominent farmer of the Celeste and Lane communities who died Wednesday morning in a local hospital will be held at 3 o'clock Friday afternoon in the Lane Methodist Church. Rev. Robert Ridley will officiate and burial will take place in the Lane Cemetery.

The pallbearers will be Arnold James-Peters (sic) Funeral chapel until time for the service.

The body will remain at the Durham (sic), Tom Durham, Bill Durham, Joe Durham, Floyd Durham, Woodrow Durham, Ernest Durham, brothers-in-law and Bill St. Clair.
