Daily Democrat, Clinton MO, May 3 2012 - Temple Louise Conrad, 86, died Friday, March 30, 2012, at Clinton Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, Clinton. She was born October 30, 1925, in Hatfield, the daughter of Owen Lee and Emma Myrtle (Hunsucker) Swift. She was married to Charles H. Conrad, who preceded her in death. Louise was a homemaker, caring for her husband and family. She was also a member of Northeast Baptist Church, where she was one of the two remaining founding members. Louise was preceded in death by her parents, Owen and Emma Swift; her husband, Charles Conrad, and her children, Jean Collins, Francis Lavern Swift, Irene Vincent and Lee Franklin Swift. She is survived by one son, Kirby Conrad, Kansas City; one son-in-law, James Collins of Clinton; five grandchildren, Kimberly Haverland and husband, Gary, Lowry City, James Collins of Independence, Emily Conrad, Alison Conrad and Kirby Kathryn Conrad, all of Kansas City, as well as two great-granddaughters, Tiffany Johnson and Samantha Malone, both of Clinton. Graveside services were held at Clinton Memory Gardens Cemetery, Clinton, on Wednesday, April 4.
