CLYDE- Charles Ralph Bales, 61, died Friday, Decemeber 3, 1999 at his home.
Services will be Monday at 10 a.m. at the Clyde Church of Christ with Norman Bales and Tom Holcomb officiating. Burial in Clyde Cemetery directed by Bailey Funeral Home.
Mr. Bales was born in Hico and was a 1957 graduate of Clyde High School. He married Mary Mayo in 1959 in Odessa and worked in the grocery business for many years. He worked for Henderson Seven Day Supper in Midland and later worked for United Grocers in Quannah, Wichita Falls, Dalhart, and Lubbock. They moved to Clyde in 1991 from Wichita Falls where he worked for Super Duper in Abilene and Clyde. He was a member of Clyde Church of Christ.
