Application for pension dated 31 Jan. 1829, Hardin Co., TN. Enlisted Jan. 6, 1777 as Sgt. in Capt. Samuel J. Cabell's 4th VA Regiment.
Enlisted Dec. 1778 and served to the end of the war as Sgt in Capt. James Mabon's 2nd VA Reg.
Children: Caleb, Benjamin, William G, Joseph, Pullin S., Middleton, Jane, Nancy, James & Dolly - possibly others.
