Mrs. Downs was born Feb. 9, 1949, in Savannah, Ga., and was an accounts payable manager for the President Casino in Biloxi.
She was preceded in death by her father, W.D. Radcliffe.
Survivors include a daughter, Tammy Downs of Gautier; her mother, Mildred Parrish of Rincon, Ga.; two brothers, Kelly Parrish of Gaston, S.C., and Don Radcliffe of Atlanta; a sister, Gina Baty of Irmo, S.C.; and a granddaughter.
A service will be at 10 a.m. today at Holder-Wells Funeral Home Chapel, with burial to follow in Serene Memorial Gardens in Escatawpa.
