He was the son of Gladys R. Kishbaugh of New Cumberland and the late Lewis R. Kishbaugh.
Bruce was a First Sergeant with the U.S. Marine Corps Career Management Team, Reserve Affairs at Headquarters, Marine Corps, Quantico, Virginia.
He was a self-employed Contractor.
Bruce is survived by his daughter: Kelli E. Kishbaugh of New Cumberland; his mother; his sisters: Linda L. Valk of Camp Hill and Kay E. Kishbaugh of Lisburn; his brother: William F. Kishbaugh of Dillsburg; his nieces and nephews; his aunts, uncles, and cousins; and, his fiancee: Ann M. Wise of Mechanicsburg.
Interment in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery on Tuesday, December 14, 1999 at 10:00 AM.
A Memorial Service will follow at 12:30 PM in Community United Methodist Church, 16th and Bridge Streets, New Cumberland.
