Mrs. Swan was a Speech Pathologist with the Lamar County School System for 32 years.
She was preceded in death by her step-father, Dr. Robert Burr Cade; grandparents, George Mason Taylor and Ruth Browne Taylor and an uncle, George Thomas Taylor.
Mrs. Swan is survived by her husband, Bruce David Swan of Purvis, MS; her mother, Dr. Ruth Ann Cade of Hattiesburg, MS; a daughter, Kimberly Swan Gattuso (Philip) of Hattiesburg, MS; and a son, Dr. Joshua Taylor Swan (Samantha) of Houston, TX.
Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Monday, at Hulett-Winstead Funeral Home in Purvis.
