Mr. Skeen came to Milwaukee, from Peoria, Illinois, in 1929. He was a past trustee of the local and a member of Milwaukee Building and Construction Trades Council.
Survivors are his wife Dorothy; three sons Robert, Donald and Richard, all of Milwaukee; three daughters, Mrs. Virgil Lane, Tacoma, Washington, Mrs. Gerald Katz and Miss Shirley A, both of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; five sisters, Mrs. Florence McGinley, of Chicago, Illinois, Mrs. Jim Barnes, of Needles, California, Mrs. Al Wickert and Mrs. Herman Bill, both of Peoria, Illinois and Mrs. Dee Garrison of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; a brother Maurice Skeen, of Hennepin, Illinois.
Services will be held at 11 AM at the Abe Funeral Home, 3621 W. Villard Avenue. The body will be at the funeral home after 4 PM on Friday. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery.
